Artwork Guidelines

We can accept artwork by e-mail or through the post either as a printed hardcopy or on a CD / floppy disk.

We can work with many standard file formats such as jpeg, gif, bmp, png, tiff and Adobe pdf files.
We can also use Photoshop and Illustrator file fomats, psd and eps.
If you are sending us eps files please make sure you include any non standard fonts used.

If you have a design or artwork already digitised that you would like to send us, we support many embroidery file formats. We work with Wilcom embroidery software and can convert between Tajima DST, other common formats and EMB file formats
